Surestaff is pleased to announce that Dr. Gladys Dark has joined our Workforce Solutions Group (WSG) as Director of Sales, Southeast Region.

Gladys will oversee sales and development of tailored solutions for enterprise and national accounts – focusing on customized onsite programs.

Gladys Dark comes to Surestaff with over 20 years in the staffing industry. She brings with her a plethora of business development, sales, and account management expertise with decades of executive coaching, speaking, writing, and real-life in-the-trenches business experience.

Gladys’s sales approach and strategy are radically different. By taking a relational approach out of appreciation for her clients and customers, she listens, shares, and provides great business solutions for their staffing needs. This is done moment-by-moment factoring in people, processes, information, and technology in a distinct way to support her client’s organizational goals and vision in an effective way and efficient manner. She is a top producer in her field and industry having won the coveted “President’s Club” award for outstanding sales performance for four consecutive years in her previous employ.Gladys Dark - Director of Sales Surestaff

Gladys is an original Georgia peach and grew up in Atlanta. She went to school in Virginia Beach and received her MBA from Regent University. She also holds a doctorate from Higher Place University (Atlanta, GA). Gladys is the award-winning author of three books available at Amazon.com.

In 2011, Dr. Dark received the “Transformational Leadership and Community Developer Award,” given by Beulah Heights University (Atlanta, GA). In 2016, she received the “International Woman of the Year” Award, given by Pink Preneur (Atlanta, GA). These two awards are given to individuals that have made a difference and significant impact in the lives of others locally and internationally.

Gladys has three children and five grandchildren. She enjoys traveling the world and has done missionary and humanitarian work since 2018 on the continent of Africa and Central America (Belize) through her foundation, JADE (named for her grandchildren).
