Monica Guillory joins Surestaff management team as Senior Vice President, People & Culture
Monday June 13, 2022 – Chicago-based Surestaff announces today that human resources veteran, Monica Guillory, has joined its senior management team as SVP, People & Culture.
Guillory joins the company after 23 years as Sr. Director, Human Resources and Workplace Inclusion at RR Donnelly, a $7B communications company and leading provider of diversified transportation and supply chain services.
During her tenure at RR Donnelly, Monica led the HR Function for RRD Logistics, a $1B platform, and RRD Corporate Diversity & Inclusion. She provided HR leadership and was responsible for employee experience from talent acquisition, onboarding, professional/leadership development, performance, employee relations, succession planning, compensation, organizational development, and engagement for staff across the US and Canada. In 2020, she founded Back Pocket Wisdom consulting to help executives lead inclusively and improve employee experiences at work.
Additionally, she has led the due diligence process and integration efforts for a number of acquisitions and divestitures. She managed the HR Logistics and RRD Corporate Diversity & Inclusion and EEO Compliance budgets including external partnerships spend and Employee Resource Groups (ERG).
